Solna, Sweden, June 30th, 2011 -- DiLab is the pioneer and market leader in the field of Automated Blood Sampling (ABS) providing solutions to the Life Science Industry for over 20 years. The DiLab AccuSampler® systems are used in preclinical research in major pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations and universities all over the world.

In 2010, CMA acquired DiLab and restructured the business to achieve historical profitability. CMA has invested in significant R&D to enable release of Dry Blood Spotting solutions, the AccuSampler® Micro Service Pack IV and the new 1.19 AccuSampler® Software suite.

VeruTech AB is a technology and development company based in Lund and headed by Mr. Hans Axel Hansson, the original founder of DiLab.
