IRVINE, Calif., Aug. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Breathe Technologies, Inc. received official approval from the Department of Veterans Affairs for its Non-Invasive Open Ventilation (NIOV) System to be added to the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS). The NIOV System has important benefits for patients with later stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), which is fairly common among the veteran population. Breathe has partnered with Jordan Reses Supply Company, a specialty respiratory distributor into the VA, to lead commercialization efforts.
