Along with his role in the franchise entity, Mr. Townley, as co-founder, independently operates over 140 of Zaxby’s 910 restaurant locations. Prior to co-founding Zaxby’s, Mr. Townley served six years as Chief Executive Officer for Southern Mortgage & Lending Corporation, a leading mortgage lender in the Southeast U.S. Mr. Townley holds a bachelor's degree in management from Georgia Southern College and is a charter member of APICS, the American Production Inventory and Control Society.
