(Nasdaq: AMPE), a biopharmaceutical company conducting clinical trials on its three lead drugs (Ampion, Optina & Zertane), licensing distribution of these drugs and developing additional new drugs, today announced that it intends to offer for sale its common stock in an underwritten public offering.
