LOS ANGELES, Nov. 6, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ultrafiltration was no more effective in removing excess fluid from the heart than using standard treatment including diuretics to reduce congestion in heart failure patients, according to late-breaking clinical trial research presented at the American Heart Association Scientific Sessions 2012.
