Serenity, based in Miami, FL, is a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on developing therapies for diseases associated with voiding disorders and had previously been granted approval by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its Noctiva™ (desmopressin acetate) nasal spray.
