UES Wins $45 Million Deal to Help the Military Develop New Biotech Materials

A Beavercreek company will get as much as $45 million to help the U.S. Air Force push the envelope in developing new biotechnology materials.

UES Inc. late Monday was awarded the six-year contract for the Air Force’s Soft Organic Functional Technology program. The SOFT contract covers emerging biotechnology areas, including materials inspired by biology and advanced flexible electronic materials.
