St. Baldrick's Foundation Announces $12.8 Million in Grants to Fund Promising and Innovative Cancer Research

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The St. Baldrick’s Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness and funds for childhood cancer research, announces the organization’s first of two 2010 grant cycles. St. Baldrick’s awards more than $12.8 million to fund pediatric oncology researchers in 47 U.S. states for the following grant categories: pediatric oncology research grants, supportive care research grants, career development awards (scholars), fellowships and summer fellowships.
