Maxim Health Systems Cancels Flu Shot Clinics At Retail Locations After October 16

Maxim Health Systems has canceled all scheduled flu shot clinics at retail locations after Saturday, October 16, 2004, due to a lack of supply. The current vaccine shortage has caused Maxim's supplier, Aventis Pasteur, to redirect nearly half of Maxim's anticipated supply. As a result, Maxim will now conduct special clinics set up for high-risk individuals with its remaining supply. These clinics are not open to the public.
