Edwin Rosas Promoted To President Of Park City Solutions Government Services Group

MIDWAY, Utah and CLEVELAND, Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Park City Solutions (PCS), a leading provider of healthcare information technology software and consulting solutions serving the U.S. commercial and government healthcare provider markets, announced today the promotion of Edwin Rosas to President of PCS Government Services Group, Inc. Mr. Rosas, who joined the company in 2001 as Senior Vice President, will continue to report to Kenneth Rardin, Chairman and CEO of Park City Solutions.

Since Mr. Rosas joined the company, Park City Solutions has experienced strong financial and operational growth by launching innovative new products and services in the Department of Defense and the Veteran Administration markets. As President of PCS Government Services, Mr. Rosas will oversee all activities relating to the day-to-day operations of the Government Services Group. He will also focus on the strategic direction for Park City Solutions and will continue to play a pivotal role within the executive team.

As head of the Government Services Group, Mr. Rosas has overall responsibility for the company's current business and growth within the government sector. Prior to joining PCS, Mr. Rosas spent over twenty years as a distinguished healthcare executive in the U.S. Navy. He was selectively chosen to manage the development, implementation, and support of several enterprise applications that were deployed worldwide to over four hundred Military Treatment Facilities supporting over 100,000 customers. Before he retired from the Navy, Mr. Rosas had been the Acting Program Manager for the Program Executive Office, Military Health System's (PEO MHS) Health Standard Resources System (HSRS) Program Office. This was a $330 million program in which he also functioned as Deputy Program Manager. While at HSRS, Mr. Rosas oversaw the development, implementation, and maintenance of more than twenty-seven Department of Defense Systems that provided financial and human resources functionality to more than 100,000 users worldwide.

Prior to HSRS, Mr. Rosas managed the development, implementation, and maintenance of several key systems while at the Naval Medical Information Management Center (NMIMC), with life-cycle costs valued at over $70 million.
