ClinPhone, the global leader in clinical trial management solutions, is embarking on a 9 month project to overhaul its IT subsystems in order to make its customers’ data even more secure and reliable. By investing in a state-of-the-art storage and backup software platform from IBM, and by building a completely new data center to supplement its existing one, ClinPhone will have more flexibility and capacity to manage clinical trials data for its growing customer base and worldwide operations. To date, ClinPhone’s solutions have been deployed in over 1100 trials across 80 countries and in 71 languages, with 331 current live trials. The robustness of the company’s IT systems is paramount to ensure a stable and high quality service to its global customers in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. This investment in key infrastructure will reduce risk and allow ClinPhone to strengthen its business continuity plans and capabilities.
