American HealthChoice Announces Affiliation With Five Texas Medical Clinics
FLOWER MOUND, Texas, Aug. 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American HealthChoice, Inc. announced today that it has affiliated with five additional medical clinics in Texas. Three of the clinics are in the Austin area and two are in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. As of August 31, AMHI has twelve owned and twenty-eight affiliated clinics in Texas and Tennessee.
"We now have five clinics in the Austin area and are ramping up our marketing program to increase the number of patients," said Dr. J. W. Stucki, American HealthChoice Chairman and CEO. "With the two new clinics in the Metroplex, there are now five clinics in the second largest Texas metropolitan area. We anticipate adding more multiple clinics in this region of Texas in the future to treat the anticipated new patients," added Dr. Stucki.
"From now until the end of 2005, we expect the number of new clinics to exceed our historical rate in 2004 and the first half of 2005," Dr. Stucki said.
