Accuro Healthcare Solutions, Inc. Appoints Douglas D. French To Its Board Of Directors

DALLAS, Feb. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Accuro Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (Accuro) announced today the appointment of Douglas D. French to its Board of Directors, effective March 9, 2005.

Mr. French has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, previously serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ascension Health, based in St. Louis, Missouri. Ascension Health is the largest Catholic healthcare system and largest nonprofit system in the United States, with over 70 facilities operating in 36 markets and 20 states and the District of Columbia. Prior to that time he served as Executive Vice President/COO of Ascension Health; President/CEO of St. Vincent Hospitals and Health Services, Indianapolis, Indiana; President/CEO of St. Mary's Medical Center, Evansville, Indiana; and Vice President of Saint Thomas Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. French also serves as a board member of several companies, including Catholic Healthcare West, Catholic Health Association, Healthcare Leadership Council, Health Research & Development Institute and Herman Miller.
