Prima Biomed Raises A$1.55M Through Placement To Sophisticated European Healthcare Investor

A$1.55M) via a placement of shares at A$0.05 per share (Placement) to Nyenburgh Investment Partners (NYIP). The proceeds from the Placement will be used to fund Prima's IMP321 clinical trial program and provide additional working capital.
