Noninvasive Device For GERD, Obesity Developed At Creighton University

Creighton U -- A new, noninvasive gastroplasty device to treat two separate disorders – gastroesophageal-reflux disease (GERD) and morbid obesity – was reported May 19 by its inventor, Charles J. Filipi, M.D., professor of surgery at Creighton University School of Medicine.
