The company is commercializing its FDA-cleared bio-ConneKt® Wound Matrix to the advance wound care market.

ALACHUA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- UF Innovate | Sid Martin Biotech, the leading biotechnology incubator at the University of Florida, is pleased to announce that resident company MLM Biologics, Inc. has graduated from its program. MLM Biologics is a medical device company that provides evidence-based solutions in the advance wound care and musculoskeletal clinical spaces. The company designs, develops, manufactures and commercializes clinical products that are aimed to offer the best medical-economic alternatives in those markets. The company is currently commercializing its flagship product, the FDA-cleared, bio-ConneKt® Wound Matrix, in the advance wound care market. Having successfully obtained requisite clearances for use across civilian, military and VA clinical spaces, MLM will be graduating into a stand-alone commercial space in Gainesville’s Innovation District to expand their manufacturing capabilities.
