Integrated BioPharma, Inc. Announces Resignation of Chief Executive Officer Jeffrey R. Leach

HILLSIDE, N.J., April 8, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Integrated BioPharma, Inc. (the "Company") (Pink Sheets:INBP) today announced the resignation of Jeffrey R. Leach as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Leach also resigned as a director of Integrated BioPharma, Inc. and his director and officer positions with its subsidiaries. Mr. Leach will continue to be employed by the Company as a special project manager. On April 7, 2009, the Board appointed Mr. Kay to serve as the Company's CEO and President, in addition to his role as the Company's Chairman of the Board.
