ConvaTec Completes Acquisition of 180 Medical, Leader in Home Delivery of Intermittent Catheters

SKILLMAN, N.J., Sept. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ConvaTec, a world-leading developer and marketer of innovative medical technologies for community and hospital care, announced today it has completed the acquisition of 180 Medical Holdings, Inc. ("180 Medical").

180 Medical is a leader in the home delivery of disposable, intermittent catheters and urologic medical supplies in the U.S. The company will continue to operate as 180 Medical out of its headquarters in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
