Qu Biologics Co-Founder’s Cancer Recovery Fuels Desire To Help Others
Promising experimental treatments for Crohn’s disease and lung cancer being developed by Qu Biologics Inc., a Canadian biotechnology company founded by former London Telecom mogul Rob Freeman and Vancouver-based physician Dr. Hal Gunn, are moving forward with Health Canada-approved clinical trials.
Gunn said in a phone interview Feb. 5 that the Crohn’s trial, a placebo controlled randomized trial for adults taking place in Vancouver, needs 19 more participants in order to fill 60 total spots. More information is available at qucrohnstrial.com.
