CAMBRIDGE, Mass. and HERZLIYA-PITUACH, Israel, Aug. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Immune Pharmaceuticals Inc. (OTCQX and NASDAQ OMX First North Premier, Stockholm: "IMNP"), a biotechnology company, today announced that it has received confirmation that its application to list its common stock on the NASDAQ Capital Market has been approved by the NASDAQ Stock Market, a unit of the NASDAQ OMX Group. IMMUNE's common stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market at the opening of trading on August 21, 2014 under the symbol IMNP.

IMMUNE's common stock will continue to trade on the OTCQX under its existing ticker symbol "IMNP" until the market closes on August 20, 2014. IMMUNE also continues to be traded on NASDAQ OMX First North Premier in Stockholm.
