K. decided to facilitate the access and secure the long term supply of the BIA Separations products and their applications in the following counties: Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, Fiji, Indonesia, Japan, Kiribati, North Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Nauru, New Zealand, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Samoa, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Taiwan, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Vietnam, United States Territories, Mongolia and Myanmar.

With the date of this announcement Showa Denko is taking over the responsibility for all existing BIA Separations customers in the said territory and at the same time BIA Separations is stopping its activities. Both parties are confident this agreement will result in much better support to the users of BIA Separations products in the said territory.
