("Relmada") (OTCBB: CMPE), a clinical-stage company developing novel therapies for the treatment of chronic pain, announced today that has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a proposed resale of shares of its common stock. The registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC, but has yet to become effective.
