(NASDAQ: ITCI), a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of therapeutics for CNS disorders, today announced the completion of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 6,142,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $17.50 per share. In addition, the underwriters have exercised in full their option to purchase an additional 921,300 shares of common stock at the public offering price.
All of the shares in the offering were sold by Intra-Cellular, with net proceeds to Intra-Cellular of approximately $115.3 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses.
Leerink Partners LLC and Cowen and Company, LLC acted as joint book-running managers and Guggenheim Securities, LLC and JMP Securities LLC acted as co-managers for the offering.
