PHILADELPHIA, PA – January 27, 2014 – ERT, a leading global solution provider for high-quality patient safety and efficacy endpoint data collection, today announced that Philadelphia SmartCEO has recognized the company in its Future 50 Awards program. The program recognizes the region’s fastest-growing mid-sized and large Blue Chip companies that have experienced outsized growth based on a combined three-year average of revenue and employee growth. The award was presented on January 16.

“We are pleased to recognize ERT for their achievements and for their contributions to moving the region forward,” said Craig Burris, founder and CEO of SmartCEO. “ERT deserves to be celebrated because they represent the future of the region’s economy and embody the innovative spirit in their industry.”

ERT delivers the most widely deployed solutions in centralized cardiac safety, respiratory services, suicide risk assessment, and Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs) for use in clinical development and in healthcare settings. ERT was named to the Future 50 Blue Chip category as a result of broad adoption of its proven solutions, which stimulated the company’s 58% revenue growth and 39% employee growth between 2010-2012.

“We are very proud to receive the Future 50 Award and to be considered one of Philadelphia’s leading companies,” said Jeffrey Litwin, M.D., CEO of ERT. “Our consistent growth reflects our employees’ commitment to delivering innovative and practical solutions that help our customers develop safe and effective medical products.”
