Creative Biogene Introduces New Transfection Reagents For The Most-Efficient And Smooth Delivery Of Various Nucleic Acids

January 21, 2014 -- Creative Biogene Transfection Reagent allows researchers to develop transfection-based assays in broad spectrum and be most relevant for their biology of interest. These reagents are ideal for delivering all types of nucleic acids, including DNA, siRNA, miRNA, mRNA, viral RNA and oligonucleotides to eukaryotic cells. In face of the challenged issues, Creative Biogene Transfection Reagent is designed to optimize every step in the transfection process and deliver superior performance and improved cell viability in hard-to-transfect cells that researchers care about.

Currently there are five types of transfection reagents: Retrvirectin Reagent Enhanced efficiency: of Retroviral transduction and Lentiviral-mediated gene transfer into suspended and adherent mammalian cells Improved success: in hard-to-infect cell types and hematopoietic stem cells Nontoxic: does not require cytotoxic polybrene Superior performance: provides superior transduction efficiency compared to fibronectin, polybrene or protamine Use less virus: RBV method results in greater efficiency enhancement and enables use of small volumes of virus solution DNA HiEf Transfection Reagent Superior transfection efficiency High expression levels of recombinant proteins No sera interference Best for broad mammalian cells Low cytotoxicity Easy to use D293T HiEf Transfection Reagent 80-98% transfection efficiency in HEK 293T/Hela/CHO cells, which is reproducible with low toxicity. Save DNA. For example, ONLY 10% usual DNA amount transfected into HEK 293T cells can get 98% transfection efficiency. D293T HiEf Transfection Reagent complexes can be added directly to cells in culture medium, in the presence or absence of antibiotics and serum. It is not necessary to remove complexes or change/add medium after transfection until next necessary medium change. siRNA HiEf Transfection Reagent High transfection efficiency Low cytotoxicity Easy to use Works efficiently with both adherent and suspension cells BrCa Transfection Reagent Broad Spectrum DNA Delivery - Achieve high expression levels in breast cancer cell types including: MCF-7, MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-453, MDA-MB-468, and T47D.
