SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hyperion Therapeutics, Inc. announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
Leerink Swann LLC and Cowen and Company, LLC are serving as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Needham & Company, LLC is acting as a co-manager for the proposed offering.
