Mutual is currently reviewing the Court's decision, and the potential impact of legal avenues still available to AstraZeneca.
As Mutual prepares to initiate its validation of Felodipine ER in anticipation of receiving FDA's final approval of its ANDA, it is also reviewing its options regarding product launch, which include a possible launch of its Felodipine ER as a branded alternative to AstraZeneca's Plendil ER.
