Ltd. of Ashiya, Japan, has today launched the Twin- Jector(R) EZ II, a new product that combines Antares Pharma's VISION(R) needle-free injection technology with JCR's human growth hormone.

Roger G. Dr. Harrison further commented, "The use of our needle-free technology in conjunction with human growth hormone has been an important source of revenue for Antares Pharma since 1997 when the company's European licensee, Ferring B.V., first introduced our needle-free technology to that market. For the year ended December 31, 2003, the majority of our reported product revenues was derived from this sector of our business."

In addition, Dr. Harrison indicated, "The Japanese market for human growth hormone products is the highest value market in the world, and, as with all markets for this hormone, is being increasingly differentiated through innovative formulations and delivery devices.
