PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News: ExonHit Therapeutics today announced that Philippe Rousseau, Chief Financial Officer, is leaving the Company.

Loïc Maurel, President of ExonHit’s Management Board, will take over the Company’s financial activities until the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer. Dr. Maurel will be advised in this mission by Patrick Langlois, Vice-president of ExonHit’s Supervisory Board, General Partner of PJL Conseils and former Chief Financial Officer of Aventis. A consulting agreement will be authorized by the Supervisory Board prior to implementation.
