A known industry veteran, Moult brings more than 30 years of rich experience in the area of clinical trial supplies and processes, having worked with research-based pharmaceutical companies and services providers.

Prior to joining Bilcare GCS, Moult worked as senior director of clinical trial supplies for UCB (Belgium) where he was also integral in technical projects associated with upcoming new product launches.

Moult also served as a founding member of the team that created the first transatlantic clinical trial supplies provider at Almedica (now Aptuit) at Deeside in Europe in 1995. While with Almedica, he was responsible for quality assurance and operations, prior to developing and implementing software systems for all of Almedica's sites. He was a member of the senior executive Almedica International Management Team, where he contributed his in-depth knowledge of the Investigational Medicinal Products (IMP) process as part of the company's strategic direction.

Moult qualified as a pharmacist from London University in 1978. His role with Bilcare GCS brings him back to South Wales, where he first began his career in clinical trial supplies with Parke Davis.
