The survey was sent to nearly 500(2) US customers and included questions about product performance, sales response and service. An analysis of the survey found a high satisfaction rating in all categories. Key category ratings include: hemodialysis machines (87%), expertise and service quality of sales force (88%), order processing (91%) and an overall satisfaction with B.Braun (87%).(3)
