Unichem Laboratories Ltd. Plans to Sell Drug Unit to Mylan Inc. (MYL) for $30 Million

India's Unichem LaboratoriesBSE 1.01 % said on Friday it plans to sell a drug manufacturing plant located in central India to a unit of US-based Mylan for Rs 1.6 billion ($29.7 million).
