ROCHESTER, Oct. 11 — Carestream’s Vue PACS earned the top rating in MD Buyline’s Third Quarter 2012 User Satisfaction Report for PACS systems. Users gave Vue PACS the highest rating for four of the seven categories in the report, which includes nine PACS suppliers.
Users commended Vue PACS for its “comprehensive set of tools and functionality,” and specifically cited its excellent post processing and volume rendering capabilities along with its integrated voice recognition system. According to the report “a large number of respondents stated the entire installation process went faster than expected,” and customers praised Carestream for “good communication” and “quality planning and project execution.” Customers also reported little or no downtime.
