IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Allergan, Inc. (NYSE:AGN) today announced operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. Allergan also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a first quarter dividend of $0.05 per share, payable on June 14, 2012 to stockholders of record on May 24, 2012.
