MONTREAL, June 20 /CNW Telbec/ - Theratechnologies (TSX : TH) today
announced the sale of its 37% investment in Celmed BioSciences (Celmed) for
total proceeds of up to $ 8.4 million. The acquirer is a group of minority
shareholders of Celmed.
