Tokyo (JCNN) - Kobayashi Pharmaceutical (TSE: 4967) announced March 8 that it has agreed with Combe International, a US pharmaceutical company, regarding Kobayashi Combe, a 50/50 joint venture between Kobayashi and Combe.
