Abrika Pharmaceuticals LLP Responds To Biovail Lawsuit

SUNRISE, Fla. (AP) -- Generic drug maker Abrika Pharmaceuticals LLLP on Monday said Biovail Laboratories Inc. filed a federal patent-infringement lawsuit in the district of Southern Florida related to its recent FDA filing for a generic version of anti-depressant Wellbutrin XL.
