Recruiting Trends -- As a casualty of the economic crisis, I suddenly find myself on the candidate side in my understanding of Human Resources (HR) and how it functions within this market. Although this is not the first time that I have searched for new job opportunities, it is the first time I have experienced such widespread lack of communication throughout the application process.
