Dr. Peggy Pence Joins CytoDyn's Board

Peggy C. Pence, PhD, has joined the Board of Directors of CytoDyn, Inc., a development stage biotechnology company that specializes in therapies for immunologically mediated diseases.
Dr. Pence, a graduate of Louisiana Tech and Indiana University, has 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical research and development. She spent 13 years at Eli Lilly and Company and has held management positions at several other biotechnology companies, including Serono Laboratories, Triton Biosciences (acquired by Berlex Laboratories, Inc.), and Amgen.
