About the Clinical Trial Company

The Clinical Trial Company is a full service clinical contract research organisation (CRO) and was formed in the UK in 2002. The founders of TCTC realised that there was an opportunity in the CRO sector for a company which targeted medium sized clinical trials and novel products which did not have a classical road map to the market. The large CROs, for good business reasons, prioritise studies from the big pharmaceutical companies. However, this approach may sometimes disadvantage their smaller clients who are equally keen to complete their clinical trials quickly.

The Clinical Trial Company is headquartered in Knutsford in Cheshire, UK with regional offices in Toronto and Montreal in Canada, as well as Sydney and Perth in Australia. TCTC also has operating divisions covering all aspects of drug development including The CRA Company, The Regulatory Affairs Company, The Clinical Training Company and the Clinical Quality Assurance Company.
