HAYWARD, Calif., Sept. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Thermage, Inc. (Nasdaq: THRM - News) announced today that on Sunday, September 14, it received a letter retracting the previously announced unsolicited, non-binding proposal to acquire Thermage for $5.50 per share. In addition, Thermage reiterated its commitment to its pending merger with Reliant Technologies, Inc. and expects to close the transaction in the fourth quarter.
