TORONTO, July 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Intronix Technologies will be launching "Myoguide DOC", a comprehensive software package designed to help clinicians who inject Botulinum Toxins, such as Botox®, Dysport® and Xeomin® to manage their patient's spasticity and pain.

Myoguide DOC is a unique, graphics-based, software package designed for clinicians managing patients with pain and spasticity.  Clinicians can document patient history, treatment, treatment plans, generate reports, as well as, add and track spasticity, capability, and pain index scores.

Clinicians can mark where they inject on anatomical graphics.  They can also attach specific details as part of the medical record.  The complete patient injection history can be reviewed at any time, using displayed coloured markers.  Patient assessment indexes can be transferred to a tablet for patients to fill out.

Clinicians have the ability to easily view and update patients' demographics, treatment history, and outcome assessments. There is also an ability to access all graphics for integration into communications. Lab results and other documents can be added to the patient records for a more comprehensive picture of the patient's history.

Powerful "at a glance" insights into patients' progress are available using the graphics based system.  Myoguide DOC includes built-in graphics series defining a variety of spasticity syndromes.  There is also the capability to build customized anatomical graphic series, for clinically defined protocols, pertinent to each office.

"We believe Myoguide DOC is an essential tool for continuous patient management, treatment records at a glance, patient outcome tracking, and report writing.  Myoguide DOC will provide precision injection documentation and treatment outcome tracking. We are very fortunate for the opportunity to contribute another element to help clinicians who are treating patients, with or without injection guidance. Clinicians using Myoguide DOC, will have an easier time seeing how patients are progressing," says Dr. Evan Friedman, President of Intronix Technologies".

Myoguide DOC is a robust solution designed for medical practitioners looking to substantially eliminate paper from their practices. DOC can redefine patient care by offering tools with flexibility and scalability for doctor driven workflow that can lead to improved patient care and increased productivity. This simply could not happen in the old paper-based world.

Intronix Technologies Corp. (http://www.intronixtech.com) is known for producing Myoguide Injection Guidance System, which has breakthrough technology that gives practitioners a superior way to deliver targeted injections, by using the patient's muscle signals to provide ongoing visual and audio feedback, during the needle insertion, to help find focal areas responsible for pain and spasticity.

Promoting and supporting innovation in the healthcare software sector is essential to improving patient and community care," said Dr. Evan Friedman.
