   Main Duties and Responsibilities  

   Scope  

 

   The Access360 trainer role is responsible for preparing, conducting and evaluating Access360 training programs.  They are responsible for developing training materials to be used in training programs to support the on boarding and ongoing education.  They will conduct classes regarding to foundational knowledge for Access360, including therapeutic area program training.  They will work with oversight from the Training Manager.  You will work with Access360 training managers to establish schedule of training classes, arrange for training facilities and supplies and maintain budgets for training function.  You will develop training content and deliver foundational and therapeutic area program training.  You may also serve as a point of contact for training vendors, support attendees with an ussies what arise during training and measure program success and make necessary adjustments to content.

  •      Ability to follow processes    
  •    
  •      Written and spoken communications    
  •    
  •      Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and contact center operation
