As a member of the Lentigen Technology Research and Development team, you will have the exciting opportunity to play a key, hands-on role in designing and evaluating lentivirus-based gene vecotrs in the context of tumor immunotherapy. More specifically, you will be responsible for working closely with the production of unique lentiviral gene vecotrs, the culture and analysis of T lymphocyte subsets, analysis and cloning of T cell receptors, flow cytometry, culture of tumor and leukemia cell lines, in vivo models of T cell function, and cell surface receptor analysis. Furthermore, the unique duties of this position will allow you to interact as part of a collaborative and innovative team environment. Overall, your daily efforts and valuable contributions will forward Lentigen Technology’s research and development program in the adoptive immunotherapy of human cancer.
• You hold a Ph.D., M.S., or B.S. in molecular biology, immunology, or virology with 3-5 years’ experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• You possess a good level of familiarity with standard molecular biology techniques, the production and analysis of gene vectors, and quantitative PCR
• Having experience with chimeric antigen receptors, different T cell functional subsets and analysis of their function, NK cells, positive and negative regulators regarding anti-tumor immunity, and in the area of cancer immunology is highly desired
• You enjoy collaborating alongside a motivated team in order to achieve company goals
