   Main Responsibilities:  

 

Join the team as our Talent Sourcer supporting Talent Acquisition for MedImmune, the biologics R&D arm of Astra Zeneca.
As Talent Sourcer you will be accountable for the execution and development of candidate shortlists for active business critical roles and global talent pipelines for your specified business areas/roles/location.  

   Working in partnership with Global Talent Acquisition Leads, Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Scouts. Activity includes identification, pre-screening, pre-qualification, role alignment and tracking of high calibre candidates, utilising the full spectrum of direct sourcing and research methodologies.  

You will keep in active contact with potential recruits and ensure they have been pre-qualified and screened.

Working closely and in partnership with our talent scouts you will attend external networking events engaging with future talent and promoting our employer brand.  You’ll monitor recruitment metrics and make suggestions for improvements.

   Communication skills are critical in this role along with the ability to build relationships quickly. This is a key opportunity to join our fast paced environment and be part of an exciting journey in our transformation to a cutting edge in-house Talent Acquisition Function.  

   Essential Skills:  

 

   Minimum of three years of relevant talent acquisition experience  

   You will have a passion for sourcing the right candidate and will have pride in providing a high level of candidate care to our future talent.  

   Your background in recruitment and particularly in sourcing candidates will have been gained in a similar fast paced environment. A true expert when it comes to using the latest technology to engage with candidates whilst having a focus on delivery.  

   You will be inquisitive, curious, and creative in sourcing top talent.  

   Naturally you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive outlook and a real team player is also a must.  

   Experience working on Pharma and/or Biotech is desirable.
