This is a great opportunity for someone with good supply chain knowledge and excellent analysis skills to be a key member of the Supply Chain Analytics group at AstraZeneca.

Main Responsibilities:

The Supply Chain Analyst works on different aspects of supply chain and recommends the best course of action based on data and analysis. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you would be responsible for managing supply chain performance metrics and delivering insights through detailed analysis. Your responsibilities will include understanding and supporting key Supply Chain planning process, managing performance metrics, analyzing demand and supply plans, and supporting initiatives to enhance our supply chain capabilities.

In this role, you are expected to become a generalist in supply chain; with good knowledge of different aspects of the field, ability to dive deep into a certain area to meet the needs of the project, analyze data and develop recommendations, and coordinate and project manage activities as required for the success of the different initiatives.

You will support global supply chain processes including but not limited to the monthly S&OP cycle, and other yearly/quarterly processes (like business plan, RBU, etc.) with the right KPIs, analysis and reports. You will engage with key stakeholders in operations and IT to advance the quality of analysis and insights.

You will be engaged in multiple supply chain improvement projects and will have the opportunity to drive many of the key Ops 2020 initiatives like segmentation, velocity program, Enterprise Demand Excellence, and OTIF.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Strong analytical capabilities and advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to connect data to business decisions
  • Understanding of supply chain concepts
  • Ability to effectively present complex information to senior leaders
  • Knowledge of existing BI landscape in AstraZeneca Operations
  • Experience with using reports in BW, BO, and Qlikview
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and change effectively
  • Ability to lead and manage projects
