   Major Duties and Responsibilities

   As a member of the Site Sourcing & Procurement team within the Supply Chain Operations group, the Supplier Relationship Manager facilitates supplier risk and relationship management initiatives with sourcing professionals and stakeholders.  You will direct the design, development, deployment, and management of a site-wide Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program.  Demonstrate SRM leadership across the organization while leading the development and delivery of SRM program.  Assist in the management of supplier relationships to achieve optimal return on identified supplier relationships.  Develop and own Boulder Manufacturing Center's Supplier Relationship Management process, including supplier classification, balanced scorecards and process compliance.  Mediate contract review meetings with strategic suppliers.  Maintain an overall view of the supplier's performance against contracts/terms and conditions (track supplier rebates and volume discounts, and other performance related variables).  Manage supplier service failures and escalations.  Create and generate performance related metrics associated with the SRM program.  




   Essential Requirements  

  •      Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.    
  •      Minimum of seven years of experience and demonstrated proficiency in Strategic Sourcing, Category, or Supplier Management with at least four years of experience in SRM (Supplier Relationship Management).    
  •      Excellence in driving process, performance, and efficiency improvements.    
  •      Demonstrated project management and facilitation skills.    
  •      Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.    
  •      Strong data analytics capabilities.    
  •      Strong background in drafting and executing Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work.    
  •      Able to deal with sensitive and difficult situations in a calm and effective manner.    
  •      Ability to work partly independently, in a team environment, and balance multiple priorities concurrently.    
   Desirable Requirements    
  •      SAP and Ariba experience    
  •      Project Management and change management experience.    
  •      Biotech exposure and experience.
