This position works in a matrix environment with molecular biologists, cell biologists, protein scientists and external collaborators.

Essential Functions

•   Apply comprehensive literature surveys and meta-analysis of published studies on biological targets and pathways to support target identification
•   Present therapeutic antibody concepts, rationales, target validation plans, target product profiles, and project plans to research leadership teams
•   Use computational tools to analyze and interpret data from public genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic datasets and in-house studies to support target validation and prioritization, clinical development, and data-driven decision making across therapeutic programs
•   Use computational tools to identify and study novel therapeutic targets and pathway analysis tools to assist in elucidating the mechanisms of action of ongoing and new projects
•   Identify biomarkers to support molecular and genetic-based patient selection criteria in the early clinical development phase
•   Participate in the planning and execution of collaborative projects with CROs and academic research groups
•   Contribute major sections of internal and external reports and patent applications.
