Description

The Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) will participate in study start-up process including reviewing protocols, identifying sites, developing study documents, prepareing informed consent forms, creating and maintaining a Trial Master File, setting-up tracking systems to record study metrics, organizing and presenting at investigator meetings, and developing monitoring strategy.  CRA will also be responsible for monitoring activities at clinical study sites to assure adherence to GCP, SOPs and study protocols, reviewing regulatory documents and preparing site visit reports.  Up to 30% travel may be required.  

Requirements

Must be able to perform job duties independently with minimal supervision and guidance in a fast paced office environment (Salt Lake CIty Utah) and must posess effective verbal and written communication skills.  3+ years industry experience in an equivalent role with phase 1-4 experience.  Bachelor's degree required (scientific or healthcare discipline preferred).  Working knowledge of US and International regulatory and ICH GCP guidelines.
