SUMMARY

Oversee the strategy and implementation of innovative clinical trials designed to target personal cancer neoantigens

Essential duties include but are not limited to:

  • Strategize on priorities of pilot clinical trials for driving innovative studies in the area of cancer vaccines and cancer neoantigens
  • Keep abreast of emerging literature and studies so that these information can be incorporated in the design of clinical trials
  • Identify and interact with collaborators to establish a robust clinical pipeline and establish best scientific approaches to address the scientific objectives of the study
  • Participate in collaborative projects focused on analysis of patient samples from clinical trials
  • Manage research projects and timelines, including budgets
  • Generate data and prepare manuscripts for publications and grant applications

Requirements


Education and Experience

  • PhD in Immunology highly preferred or Master's degree with extensive immunology experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Expert, in-depth knowledge of scientific principles
  • Wide-ranging ability to synthesize information from other disciplines
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
  • Demonstrated independent thought and judgment in experimental design and analysis
  • Thorough and detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
